DIVISION X6 : Agriculture Makes the Product

Win $20, $30 or $50

 

 Anyone that is age 16 and under can enter

Their entry in the I-X Section will have to include a minimum of 100 word to a maximum of 200 word essay to describe how their exhibit relates or comes from the farm or agriculture to be eligible for one of the prizes.

There is no limit to the amount of entries anyone may enter.

 

 

 

BCAAFE Awards Categories

 

Quilted Cushion

A Quilted cushion of any size with an agricultural theme. See Page 26

 

Computer Calendar

Design a 2007 Calendar of any size using a picture or pictures each month that reflect agriculture in some way. Pictures may include anything from flowers, produce, livestock, to pictures taken at your agricultural exhibition and fair. See page 19

 

Dried Flower Arrangement

Design a dried flower arrangement in a container of your choice. The arrangement is not to be more than 2 feet wide. You may use commercial or home grown dried flowers, weeds, grasses, etc. plus a few accessories of your choice. See page 18

 

Note:

Any items selected by the Exhibition and Fair committee under the BCAAFE Awards Categories

 will be taken down to the BCAAFE Convention in Vernon in October 2006 by the Quesnel Exhibition and Fair executives. Any awards received for these items will be given to the corresponding exhibitor as well as the item upon arrival back to Quesnel.
